So I needed simplicity but I still wanted something radiant.
I got Ulta's Jaded. It is fantastic, not streaky at all.
The only thing is that it bubbled, but I learned how to prevent that and you can read all about it here!
Although it seems like there will be a matte finish, there won't be. Especially if you use a top coat!
